Prudence’s journey began in the aviation industry, where she worked at Reandair Airlines and mastered essential operational competencies — from route planning and passenger coordination to managing complex travel itineraries. This early exposure built the foundation of her commitment to precision, reliability, and excellence, traits she later carried into the tourism and conservation sectors.
She holds a Diploma in IATA, giving her advanced proficiency in global aviation systems, travel compliance, and airline operations. Her Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism & Hospitality further strengthened her competence in sustainable destination management, visitor experience planning, and high-level tourism strategy development.
Under her stewardship, Endemic Birding Safaris has forged meaningful partnerships with conservation institutions, private reserves, and eco-tourism networks across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania. She is deeply committed to ensuring that every tour contributes to the protection of endangered species, habitat conservation, and community upliftment.
