Our Expert Team
Prudence is the visionary force behind Endemic Birding Safaris. With 10+ years of transformative leadership, she built the company into East Africa’s most respected endemic birding operator. Her background in aviation logistics, itinerary design, and international tourism management sets the foundation for the company’s precision-driven operations.
She holds a Diploma in IATA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, specializing in sustainable tourism and destination management. Her leadership has forged partnerships with conservation institutions, research bodies, and global birding networks, ensuring every expedition is both ethical and conservation-centered.
With a personal record of **997 bird species**, Arshley is East Africa’s leading endemic bird specialist. Raised inside Queen Elizabeth National Park, his deep ecological intuition blends with formal training in Forestry and Tourism Operations.
A certified Uganda Safari Guide, Chairman of Uganda Botany World, and Secretary of the Uganda Bird Guides Club, he is recognized as one of Uganda’s most accomplished young naturalists. His expertise spans ornithology, botany, and herpetology, making every excursion a masterclass in ecological interpretation.
With over 20 years in wildlife conservation, Stephen has served as a Park Ranger, UWEC educator, and Research Officer with the Wildlife Conservation Society. His work has contributed to endangered species protection and ecological policy development.
Having documented **860+ regional bird species**, he offers unmatched insight into East Africa’s ecosystems. His field stories and scientific interpretation transform every tour into a deeply educational and conservation-focused experience.
